Botanical Beauty Dinner
June 2024 we hosted the most beautiful botanical dinner at Herb Lyceum in Harvard, Ma. Chef Andre worked with us to create a menu that included our favorite springtime herbs like; nettles, violets, dandelions, fennel, & rose.
I believe digestion begins well before we take our first bite. It’s an experience that engages all the senses. Imagine walking into a barn draped in flowers, everyone is wearing their very favorite spring frocks, light music is playing while sipping on herbaceous drinks preparing your stomach for each course.
Beauty begins from within.
